Girls’ water polo started their season with a roar, beating St. Lucy’s 16-4 on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at home. South Pasadena had no problem defeating the team even though it was their first game. Assistant Coach Sumi Rudisky motivated players to try their best, often subbing teammates on the bench. Sophomore Ruby Meyer, sophomore Hayun Lee, and freshman Taylor Burns were the top goal scorers.
Girls’ water polo will play Crescenta Valley at home on Monday, Dec. 4 at 4 p.m.
