Energy was high on the Tigers’ side as they controlled the Wildcats for three straight sets, livened by an aggressive offense. While the Wildcats attempted several times at turning the tides on them, the Tigers held the lead through boundless tenacity paired with an offensive executed with surgical precision.
The Tigers persisted against the Spartans’ powerful hits and defense to win the match 3–2.
Virtual Enterprise placed top five at Virtual Enterprise International West Coast Regional Trade Show in San Bernardino.
The spaghetti was catered by Charlie’s Trio, the cake was donated by Pavillions, and the coffee was from Starbucks. People could also participate in the 50-50 raffle and Silent Auction.
After trailing 1–0, the Tigers made a late comeback, kicking the Titans back with a searing loss.
The event featured representatives from 15 out-of-state colleges, including American University, Bard College, Brown University, Syracuse University, and the University of Arizona.
The Entrepreneurship Workshop included activities such as purposely pitching bad product ideas and Q&A sessions with successful entrepreneurs. The event was held SPHS cafeteria the morning of Saturday, March 7.
Boys’ volleyball displayed excellent teamwork and communication, allowing them to claim the win for SPHS in a three-set sweep.
The Tigers faced off against the Poly Panthers and took home the victory. South Pasadena won the second, third, and fifth sets.
Baseball continues to stumble through their season, consistently losing by marginal leads. They let in one run during the first inning; no one scored for the remainder of the game.
