Girls’ volleyball fought hard against Monrovia in a home match on Tuesday, Oct. 1. South Pasadena won sets of this match with narrow margins, a drastic contrast from last week’s home match against Blair. Monrovia lost their footing as the match finished, which granted South Pasadena their victorious win.
The Tigers took the first set 27-25, lost the second and third 25-23 and 25-21, and won the fourth and fifth 28-26 and 15-11.
Girls’ volleyball will next play the Temple City Rams on the road on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 5:30 p.m.
