Girls’ golf proved dominant once again, defeating Mayfield 255-271 on Tuesday, Sep. 3. The Tigers are coasting through the preseason, with a 3-0 record.
Leading the way, senior Victoria Tskvitichvili and sophomore Lauren Calderon ended the match with respective scores of 40 and 41. Close behind, sophomores Maya Turun and Cassy Huang both had amazing performances and tallied scores of 45 and 48, respectively. Playing for the first time this preseason, sophomore Audrey Biggar earned a score of 51 and junior Katherine Anthony boasted a score of 54.
The Tigers hope to continue their strong play and follow through the next two months. Their next game will be on Thursday, Sep. 5.
