The varsity girls’ golf team defeated the Alhambra Moors for the second time this season 202-318 this Tuesday, October 4. This home match was at Almansor Golf Course and extends the girls’ streak to 11-0.

Senior Bethany Chen lead the Tigers with a lean 38 strokes. Senior co-captain Caitlyn Yamashita was close behind with 39 and freshman Victoria Tsyviti contributed 40. Senior co-captain Emily Swanson had a 41 while Senior Clara Wong shot a 44. Freshman Lindsay Biggar closed out with a 46.

The Tigers play their second game against Gabrielino High School this season, on Thursday, October 6. Last year, the girls’ only loss was against Gabrielino.
