Boys’ golf easily defeated the Monrovia Wildcats on Tuesday, Apr. 23, with a lopsided final score of 199-251. The Tigers’ league record is now 5-2.
Senior Josh Ramos and freshman Ark Chang led the team with respective scores of 35 and 36, while freshman Andrew Kowal picked up 36 points for the Tiger. Sophomore Justin Toshima and freshman Hayden Biggar each were able to complete the course in 44 strokes. Senior Jason Gomez secured the South Pasadena victory with his 48 point contribution.
The Tigers’ last match before league prelims will be on Thursday, Apr. 25 against the San Marino Titans.
