The South Pasadena Chamber of Commerce hosted the 13th annual Eclectic Music Festival and Arts Crawl on Saturday, Apr. 29 from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.. The event boasted pop up galleries throughout the city alongside numerous live performances, interactive art activities, and food vendors.
