All three singles players were not able to mirror the success of the doubles’ teams, as no one won a set.

Noticeably absent from the game was team captain Junior Molly Round who missed the game for personal reasons.

This preseason game is a learning experience for the team, who will be facing the Polytechnic Panthers this coming Thursday, September 1 at Polytechnic High School.
