SPHS ASB has announced the results of the second round of class elections on Saturday, May 23.
ASB released the results of the class officer election’s first round on May 16. Although the junior class office positions oversaw decisive elections, many of the senior and sophomore class officer candidates went into another week of online campaigning.
The senior class secretary and sophomore class treasurer candidates must continue their campaigns for an additional week as ASB hosts another round of runoff elections.
The second set of runoff elections are due to occur the same time next week, beginning Thursday at 3 p.m. to Friday at 10 p.m, May 28 to May 29.
Senior Class Office:
President – Macie Lukavsky
Secretary – Runoff between Juliana Maniquis Hernandez and Meagan Chang
Sophomore Class Office:
President – Samantha Lopez
VP – Joshua Ou
Secretary – Kyra Nielsen
Treasurer – Runoff between Matthew Ou and Tia Guang
