Virtual Business left for Bakersfield early Tuesday, December 2, to participate in the annual Virtual Enterprise Trade Show and Business Plan Competition. Varsity company Walden and JV companies Orbis and Inventor will showcase their respective products among dozens of other schools. Competition categories include Business Plan, Marketing, Newsletter, and Website, among others.
“I hope we can win lots of awards this year, especially in sales competition, marketing plan, business plan, and human resources,” Walden member Joanna Wan said. “We have a great team this year, and even JV has a business plan team, so more people means more opportunities.”
The teams will return after the second day of the competition on Wednesday, December 3.
