The annual two-day Club Rush concluded Thursday, September 17, with dozens of clubs satisfied with their new recruits. Students described it as fun, interesting, and exciting, with the general consensus being that Club Rush was a resounding success this year.
“It was cool, but very crowded, as usual. All the club people seemed pretty pumped about getting people signed up,” junior Grace Privett-Mendoza said.
Club Rush marks one of only two events oriented around clubs, the other being Homecoming Picnic, which will be in October.
“I really enjoyed seeing all the new clubs and how excited people, especially freshmen, were with the diversity of the clubs available to them,” junior Lorie Meza said.
More coverage of this event will appear in the September 23 print edition of Tiger.
