The South Pasadena High School  boys’s soccer team was scheduled to kick off their second preseason game at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9 against Bassett High School at home. However, at around 3:30 p.m., Athletic Director Greg Luna received a call from Olympians informing the Tigers that they wanted to forfeit due to an inoperative bus.

The Tigers decided to play a friendly game against their own JV team for extra practice instead. The Tigers will play their second official preseason game against Schurr HS at home on Thursday, December 11 at 3:30 p.m.
