Authorities arrested South Pasadena father Aramazd Andressian Sr. on the murder charges of his five-year-old son at 1pm Friday in Las Vegas, officials said.

After a two-month search for five-year-old Aramazd Andressian Jr., Andressian Sr. was taken into custody at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) with $10 million bail, according to KTLA News. He is subject to extradition to Los Angeles County.

There have been no official sightings of Andressian Jr. since he was seen on Disneyland cameras with his father in April. A second search of the Arroyo and the June 10th search of Lake Cachuma yielded no additional findings. However, homicide investigators secured a murder filing from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office after assessment of evidence.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department will release more details on the case and its developments Monday, June 26th.
