The South Pasadena High School varsity girls’ golf  season officially ended on Thursday, November 6, at Western Hills Country Club in Chino Hills when senior captain Katie Rosenberg  barely missed the cut by one stroke and was eliminated. She shot a 79 in Individual CIF, but the cutoff was 78.

The Tigers came a long way in CIF, placing 8th in Team CIF as well as Rosenberg making it to the second round of Individuals CIF. The Tigers have finished their season continuing their seventh straight undefeated streak with a record of 7-0 in league and 13-0 overall.

“It was a lot of fun,” Rosenberg said. “The competition was tough, but I didn’t play a well as I wanted to. The course was also really hard. But overall I had so much fun this season and will miss it.”
