Girls golf moves to 4-3 in league after La Cañada forfeits

The girls golf team captured another league win against La Cañada Tuesday, Oct. 8, the Spartans forfeited due to an inadequate amount of players. Totaling 192 strokes this match, the Tigers now hold a 4-3 record.

Senior Victoria Tskvitichvili led the team with a 36 stroke count. Sophomores Maya Turun and Lauren Calderon followed shortly with respective scores of 37 and 38, while junior Katherine Anthony tallied 40 strokes. Ending the game, senior Lindsey Biggar and sophomore Audrey Biggar and earned scores of 42 and 45 while freshman Aerin Kim shot 51 strokes.

The Tigers will play their next game against Alhambra on Thursday, Oct. 10.
