Corrections to the December 16 print edition

Football coach Marty Konrad has not been banned from coaching teams in the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF), but his employment as varsity football coach at South Pasadena High School will depend upon his annual coach’s review in June. A news article in the December 16 issue of Tiger, titled “Football Controversy Continues,” incorrectly stated that Konrad was banned from coaching all teams in CIF.

It was also reported in the same article that Mr. and Mrs. Michael DeLucia spoke at South Pasadena City Council meetings regarding the varsity football team’s forfeit of a recent game versus La Cañada. The DeLucias did not address this issue with the city council, nor are they pursuing an appeal of the Rio Hondo League’s decision. Tiger regrets these errors
